How do women practise leadership? What are the obstacles and challenges they face in today’s faced paced startup world? What are the competencies women need to become successful leaders and entrepreneurs?
These are some of the questions a group of 20+ engaged freelancers, business professionals and students explored at yesterday’s NanoLabs at GISMA Business School Berlin.
Our panel of women leaders included Anh Tran, Julia Lazaro, Alexa Mollicchi Casanova and Christine Müller. In a very interactive and engaging discussion everyone shared perspectives and got encouraged to continue ‘stepping out of the comfort zone‘ to experience leadership and entrepreneurship. As Fernanda put it: „To ask questions and share experiences was marvellous“.
Thanks to all participants who made the NanoLabs panel a valuable experience.
