  • Moderated heterogeneous small group engagement, using design thinking, co-creation, and rapid decision making methodologies.

KEY RESULTS

Joint realisation that current innovation processes do not provide enough „opportunity space“:

  • Individual video messages to organizations by leaders, committing to at least one change to foster innovation and agile decision making.
  • Established an incremental and hoc innovation budget.
