Klaus founded InnovationLabs.Berlin in 2015. He is a mentor for innovators. He has trained over 200 founders, over 1.000 learners, and many well-known global brands in innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship, and transformation
Since 2016, he has delivered immersive and collaborative learning experiences at TU Berlin, Grenoble Ecole de Management, and other well-known international Universities and business schools.
As an expert for the European Innovation Council, he has evaluated over 110 proposals of the SMEi and EIC grant programs.
Klaus is mentoring technology spin-off founders and teams at Helmholtz Gemeinschaft and other innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives, including the Founder Institute for over 5 years.
Klaus creates new formats for working together, including NanoLabs® and NanoHacks®, enabling transformation through ‘aha-experiences’.
