In this immersive hands-on seminar & workshop participants will experience what enables and drives innovation today and how organisations build, maintain, and grow a positive entre- and intrapreneurial mindset with their teams and across the organization.
This module introduces current critical themes in innovation and entrepreneurship, including human-centred design and the nature of innovation eco-systems. This module will guide participants to create new valued products, services, processes, or experiences, from idea generation through to business concept development, testing, presentation, and implementation
The program expands on methodological impulses from cutting-edge techniques including global leadership, open innovation. design thinking, co-creation and others.

Based on participants own particular challenges, they will learn and experiment how to develop breakthrough ideas, realistic implementation actions, and how to overcome barriers for innovation and business success.
